The Law Office of Greg Choate is located in San Diego but handles claims at the San Diego, Santa Ana, Anaheim and Riverside Workers' Compensation Boards. The owner and founder, Greg Choate, is a certified legal specialist in workers' compensation with over 10 years experience. Mr. Choate handles claims in Longshore and Defense Base Act (DBA) as well as workers' compensation defense. He can protect your interests in Longshore and DBA claims anywhere in the United States in Federal Court.
Mr. Choate's legal career has focused primarily on workers' compensation defense but has expanded into all areas of law including civil, landlord tenant and real estate law.
He received his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2000. He was on the honor roll, moot court team and was a student body representative during his legal education.

Our Vice President, Sabrina Vernon, handles all the firm’s marketing and has extensive experience as a paralegal, lien hearing representative, marketing director, and workers’ compensation claims examiner. She has been employed in the Workers’ Compensation industry since 2001 and graduated from Kaplan University as Valedictorian with an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies in 2004. She has detailed experience in California Workers’ Compensation defense and has also assisted on several claims in Longshore and Defense Base Act (DBA). Her objective in the firm is to ensure we are providing excellent customer service and implementing innovative solutions to provide exceptional results.
